"I am sorry that this took so long to write....but I have been so busy riding my bike, that I forgot to thank the folks that made it happen... I bought my 2008 883 this spring after viewing it on the internet. I sent an email inquiry on a weekend night, and Joel responed first thing Monday morning. I came up that Saturday and purchased the bike, but did not pick it up until May. In the meantime, I had the guys in service added more chrome, crash bars etc. all over the phone. When I picked up the bike..it was perfect! ! I live in Elk River, and have a lake place in Brainerd.. you can probably guess the names of two other dealers that I visited, but did not have the awesome people like Joel, and your service staff. I also made email inquires to several other dealers, and never even received a reply. When I upgrade..(and I am sure I will..) you can bet that I will skip the other places, and return to Apols. "I was looking for a part for my Roadking That quit running on Monday leaving Sauh Centre, MN. Your store was not open but I called a couple of dealerships near where I live in Maplewood, MN on Thursday, after getting back from being on the road for work. Both places (St, Paul HD & Twin Cities HD) did not have the part I was looking for. I called your dealership and talked to Trever in parts. He did not have the part either but he went online and found a few places where I might have luck getting the part. I called a place in WI (St. Croix HD) and they have the part. No other dealership I called even tried to find the part.They just said that they could order it.
