I got my new street glide from Apols. The best buying experience I have ever had. The staff is super friendly and always takes very good care of your bike. When you walk in the door the staff is always willing to help you out in every way. The most important part to me is the owner is working there with the staff. He is very appreciative of the business. Collin in service did a wonderful job building the bike just the way I want it. He went above expectations to find the accessories I was looking for.

My bike recently needed repairs. Clint and the staff at the Raymond location were fast at getting me into the shop and making the necessary repairs so I could get back on the street. I called late one day, dropped my bike off that evening, and had my bike back the next day. Clint kept in touch with me while the repairs were being made. (I really appreciated that part). After 20 years of waiting for the right time (by the way, buying a Harley at the right time is kinda like waiting to have kids at the 'right time ...it never happens to be a right time!), I finally decided i was going to do this. So on a Sunday, I put my old, reliable Kawasaki Vulcan for sale on Facebook. Believe it or not, I sold it in 4 hours. then, my lovely wife reminded me that we were to road guard for the POW/MIA Remembrance Run in Underwood, MN the up-coming Saturday. Crap!! I called Tom at Apol's that Monday. It was 5:30 that same day I got the call that I was a proud owner of a 2007 Road Glide. My wife & I went to pick up the bike on Friday...pictures just don't do it any justice!! It's the bike of my dreams and I'm still smiling!! Thank you to ALL the wonderful people at Apol's at Alexandria, especially Tom in Sales and Hoss in Finance. to be perfectly honest, all the other Harley dealerships should just close their doors, because no way they can offer the exceptional service, amazing ability to go beyond the call of duty , like Apol's can.

True Story that occurred Saturday July 9th, 2011... My husband and i were on our way back from our West Yellowstone bike trip. He rides an '06 Goldwing 1800 and I ride an '07 HD FLHRS (Road King Custom). By the time we reached Red Wood Falls MN we had already logged about 2600 miles. We pulled into the SA in RWF to get water as i was super thirsty and it was hot out. He pulled out and i jumped on my bike,pulled in the clutch, turned the ignition to on and hit the starter button. NOTHING HAPPENED!. I tried it 3 more times w/ the same result. A few minutes later he shows up, as he didn't see me in his rearview mirror, and pulls in next to my unresponsive RoadQueen . We pulled the saddle bags off, pulled the side covers off, pulled out the manual, checked the gas, checked all the fuses, pushed it over to the gas pumps, topped off the tank. By this time i'm on the phone to Apol's asking for the Service Desk. I figured i'd at least try Service and see if anyone would even give me the time of day and try and help us figure out what wasn't working as we had exhausted our options. I get some guy on the phone and he starts throwing out suggestions to try this, try that. I wish i had remembered to get his name. Then he asks if i'm on a cell phone, and i say yes , well he wants me to put my phone down by the ignition switch so he can listen to the ?? kick in - so i oblige him. Then he wants me to put the phone down by the engine and hit the starter button. So i oblige him again. BAM would you believe that my bike started????? I whooped for joy and ran away from the bike to hear him on the phone. He's laughing like a hyena. I asked what he did to my bike and he half laughs half yells I fixed your bike Honey . i then asked what'd ya do - give her (bike) a kiss thru the phone? That got him laughing even harder. I said Thank you more times than i could count. My husband was even more impressed that this guy bothered to gives us a few minutes of his time. My husband and i get alot of flack for riding a GW and a HD. He says he keeps the HD around for something to work on!!! So this little breakdown only confirmed his little saying. I love my RoadQueen and am super Thankful for the Mechanic's help. Tell him to watch the mail as i'm mailing him a little thank you for going the extra mile to help a gal out. If we're ever out in that neck of the woods again you can bet i'll stop by and pick up a shirt to wear to show my support of their shop. Thanks to whoever you are that went above and beyond. My hubby was impressed and that takes some doing. All i can say is Thanks!

Bought my first bike from Apol's in 2008 in Raymond. Had been looking for a long time for the right bike and had heard a lot of good things about the Raymond dealership. The sales person was great at answering my all my questions and getting me set up with a 2001 Electric Glide Classic. Didn't need much for accessories the bike was pretty well equipped but did get some clothes and riding gear. Great overall experience and would highly recommend to anybody looking for a place that is willing to deal and work with you!

I had apols HD do some major motor work done due to the 96in 07 ULTRA CLASSIC PATRIOT was very week ... the motor runs better then even apols expected ... around a yr later I had the check engine lite was flashing I took it to my local HD and all I got was heres an appointment see you In 2 weeks ... standing in the lot at my local HD shop I called john at apols in Alexandria he told me how to read the codes that was flashing in the dash ... I found a loose spark plug I tighten it up and had no more issues ...apols is around sixty or seventy miles from my home and will drive the extra miles to have my work done there ... I will be purchasing a new Harley in the near future and it will be from Apols HD ...

Purchased a 2007 Ultra from the Raymond store last month. Received the "picture" I was told would be sent me on Monday this week. I have to say without any doubt that the Raymond store and all employee's associated with that store are the best in the business. The picture I received was very nice plaque exceeding any expectations I had, the total experience from the initial contact by my sales rep. to the final delivery of my "first Harley was without exception a first class act all the way. There is no dealership I've ever come across anywhere that is close to the service this one provides. I will be sure to pass this dealers name along to my friends and family. Keep up the great work!PS The finance guy (sorry forgot his name) that showed me the grandpa clip off you tube talking to his grand kids about the Harley he never got was the greatest, still laughing over that one.

When I purchased my 2015 Road Glide, Tom Brenden and the rest of the crew at Apol's went above and beyond, once again! My wife and I wanted to sell both of our previous bikes before we bought the new Road Glide. Tom stepped up to the plate to help sell ours first, and then worked with us to get the new one. Nothing but first class from everyone at Apol's during the purchase. Service is Awesome here! Have, and still will, recommend anyone to buy from Apol's. They are the BEST in the business, hands down!

I'm 63 years young and all my life road bikes every kind from ducotys to Hondas and Norton's. But I hallways wonted to walk in and pick one out for me.living in calif.Nevada area I never did but in going to retire soon so I figured I'd better do it now.and it was the easyest experience I have ever had buying the one I really wanted. I'm very old school when I walked in and seen the 1993 soft tail classic I had to have it. Brought my 2000 Road King to Alex to have the handlebars switched and the burned out signal control module replaced. Chad was very helpful in assisting me with choosing HD handlebars that were better fitting for me than the aftermarket ones that were on it. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else!
